The resort's cottages are part of a 5-acre property situated at the NE end of Lake Kashagawigamog along the shore of one of the best bass and muskie fishing bays on the lake. Most of the property is grass.
The cottages are situated quite privately at the ends of sandy laneways lined by huge mature white pine and spruce. About one fifth of the property is wooded or left natural and is home to a large variety of birds and small animals.
