The resort's cottages
are part of a 5-acre property  situated at the NE end
of Lake Kashagawigamog along the shore of one of the best bass
and muskie fishing bays on the lake. Much of the property is
grass, including a 100 yard "fairway" where  guests
can safely practice their short-iron golf game. In the winter,
snowmobilers have plenty of space to warm up their sleds.
 The
cottages are situated quite privately at the ends of sandy laneways
lined by huge mature white pine and spruce. About one fifth of
the property is wooded or left natural and is home to a large
variety of birds and small animals.
