The 2-bedroom cottage is very private, set on its own 1-acre property, backing onto dense bush, and open grass sloping gently 200 ft. toward the lake .Vehicle access to the cottage is along a sandy lane lined with mature pine trees.

The spacious interior has open concept living and dining area. One bedroom has a double and a single bed; the other has a double and a set of single bunk beds. There is also a daybed in the very large living room, as well as a pullout and full-sized sofa. The bathroom is 4-pc.

An attached screened-in deck, with barbecue and lawn chairs is the place to be after dark early in the summer for those who don't like to use mosquito repellent. An 8' x 10' open deck, picnic table and firepit stocked with dry firewood are located just outside the deck.
